Since my last post, there has been a bit of a break, and I would like to apologize. But it was for a good reason because we are having so much fun in the classroom. There is so much going on that I forgot to post. To start, I have a new child who is, and I say this with a complete understanding of the definition of the word literal. He is Literally the cutest child alive! However, that is not all; our Kindergarten student is spelling her first words. We are constructing an aquarium stand, exploring the dangers of microplastics, and taking it one step further, designing solutions to this real-world problem. In Language Arts and Math, our scores are up, and more than just scores, the understanding and desire to learn are up.
Moreover, we have Game Nights once a month gathering together as a community to play basketball and board games and Mario Cart competitions. We would love you to join us if you would like!
